Ms. Eshel founded Cavalcade Communications Group, Inc. in 1993. She directs all video and audio productions for Cavalcade. An award-winning producer and director of films, videos and documentaries, Ms. Eshel's work ranges from complete spot and fundraising communications packages for winning political candidates at high government levels, to promotional, training, educational and documentary programs for corporations, museums, and television services worldwide. Ms. Eshel holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television from Hornsey College of Art, London.

Mr. Schatz heads Cavalcade’s public relations and news media appearance training operations. He coordinates development of crisis communications strategies and related media planning. Schatz offers clients the significant advantage of more than 30 years in television journalism, production and performance, as well as, more than a decade of public relations and marketing communications consultation. A graduate of Indiana University, Schatz has served on the television journalism faculty at Columbia College, Chicago, for more than 25 years.
